It feels like it’s always podcast awards season in the podcast world. That might have you thinking about submitting your own branded podcast for consideration. Winning an award can be a huge morale booster for your team, and because it shines a spotlight on your show, it can also be a tool for audience growth. Either way, its a huge way of proving that you’ve created a successful branded podcast. 

There are a lot of awards out there. Even more for brands who have created a podcast as a marketing tool. Here are a few you may want to consider this year.

Signal Awards

One of the newest awards on the podcasting block, the Signal Awards “honor and celebrate the people and content that raise the bar for podcasting.” Each category recognizes winners at four different tiers: gold, bronze, silver and listener’s choice.

Deadline: May 2024

Quill Podcast Awards

The Quill Podcast Awards recognize the top creators and companies in podcasting. Enter if you’re a creator, agency, hosting platform or advertising platform, or if you’re an innovator in this space. The Quill Awards have a unique nomination process – you don’t have to be the owner of the show or podcast company to nominate it. And this year, JAR Audio will be involved in judging the winners!

Deadline: April 2024

Cost: Free

 

Branded podcast awards content marketing

Content Marketing Awards

The Content Marketing Awards recognize the best in content marketing. They hand out awards in more than 60 categories, including best podcast or audio series. 

Deadline: Late May/Early June 2024  

Cost: $260-$299

Presented by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals, the MarCom Awards honors excellence in marketing and communications. It offers awards in hundreds of categories, including podcast series or podcast episode.
