A little backstory...
JAR started as a creative and business partnership between Roger Nairn and Jen Moss and has grown into a full-service podcast company trusted by ambitious brands worldwide. We combine story and strategy in our work. Roger brings experience in advertising, while Jen focuses on storytelling. This mix keeps our work focused and effective.
For the past ten years, we’ve helped dozens of leading brands create podcasts that get noticed, build trust and support real business goals. We’ve worked with companies like Amazon, RBC, TELUS, Genome BC, and others who know that well-made long-form content still matters. We’ve also dug into storytelling with leading non-profit organizations. Our work helps brands connect with audiences and build media that serves a real purpose.

Because of our mix of journalistic and business background we’re known for making complex topics easy to understand, turning dull subjects into engaging ones, highlighting interesting questions and points of discussion, and making branded shows feel more genuine. We handle everything in-house, from strategy and research to production and audience growth. This approach means fewer handoffs, fewer weak spots, more relevance, and less confusion.
